When you register for an account and use our Services, we collect the following types of information:

  • Business Information: Business name, business type, business address, EIN, tax ID number, and other information about your organization.

  • Team Member Information: Names, email addresses, and roles of team members you invite to access your account.
  • Event Information: Event descriptions, venue details, ticket types and pricing, event images, performer information, and other details related to events you create.
  • Marketing Content: Information included in marketing emails, SMS messages, and other promotional content you create using our tools.
  • Customer Lists: Contact information for your customers and potential customers that you upload, import, or collect through our Services.
  • Communications: Information contained in your communications with us, including customer support inquiries and feedback.

  • Payment Processors: Financial information necessary to process payments and issue payouts (primarily Stripe).
  • Cloud Service Providers: Data hosting and storage providers.
  • Communications Providers: Email, SMS, and messaging service providers.
  • Customer Support Providers: Support ticket systems and customer service tools.
  • Marketing and Analytics Tools: Tools for analyzing platform usage and marketing effectiveness.

  • You are responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices to attendees regarding how their information will be used.
  • You must obtain necessary consents for marketing communications and data sharing.

  • You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction when processing attendee data obtained through our Services.
  • You must implement appropriate security measures to protect attendee information in your possession.
  • You should promptly notify us of any data breaches involving attendee information.

8.3 Marketing Communications

  • You must comply with anti-spam laws and regulations when sending marketing communications.
  • You must honor opt-out requests from attendees promptly.
  • You must ensure your marketing content complies with applicable laws and our terms of service.

  • You must limit use of attendee data to legitimate purposes directly related to your events.
  • You must respect attendee privacy preferences and data rights.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.
